This policy explains how Nathell Services LLC (“Nathell Services”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit nathellservices.com (the “site”) or contact us.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate. The estimate form sends us your name, phone number, email address (optional), city or ZIP code, project type, approximate size, project description and preferred way to be contacted. It is delivered to our business email, and a backup copy is kept in a protected area of our web server that is not publicly accessible.

When you contact us directly. If you text, call or email us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email address, project address, photos and a description of the work.

When you browse the site. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information in server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running.

Cookies and analytics. The site does not currently set cookies or use analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.

Spam protection. To block automated spam, the form uses a hidden field, a signed time check and a limit on how many requests can be sent from one IP address per hour. IP addresses used for that limit are stored only as one-way hashes.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to respond to you, prepare estimates, schedule and complete work, and keep records of projects. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We share information only when needed to run the business, such as with suppliers for a specific project, our hosting and email providers, or when required by law.

Photos of completed work

We may photograph our work for our records and portfolio. We do not publish your address or other information that identifies you. If you would prefer that photos of your project not be published, just tell us.

Retention and security

We keep project communications and records for as long as reasonably needed for the work, warranty questions and our legal obligations. We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold.

Children

The site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
